TIPS & PROCEDURES
• Each tenant is responsible for their trash prior to the schedule pickup.
• Depending on the Service Option, Tenants are permitted only to place out two (2) 13 gallon, three (3) 13 gallon, or Unlimited. (Up to approximately 40 lbs)
• Do NOT leave trash bags outside your door More than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
• Avoid overstuffing trash bags.
• Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects into trash bags.
• Re-bag contents if trash bag has been ripped or is leaking.
• ABSOLUTELY NO HAZARDOUS WASTE!
• Anything larger than an 13 gallon trash bag may result in additional charges directly applying to the tenant.
• Special disposing of furniture and large quantities of trash is available at additional charges.
• Shred any items that might contain personal information.
• Tenants responsible for properly tying the bags securely closed.
In case of an emergency trash need, your dumpster is still available in its same location as before.
If you notice your neighbors abusing the trash schedule, (I.E. placing garbage bags out days ahead of the scheduled pickup.) please notify your apartment management.
